Last updated
This policy explains what personal information All Points No Status (“we”, “us”) collects through allpointsnostatus.com, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you browse
If you accept analytics in the consent bar, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you arrived. We ask Google to anonymise IP addresses. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load.
We store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. It contains no personal information.
Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested and time) to run and secure the site.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message. We use this only to reply to you. Form submissions are stored by Netlify and delivered to our inbox. We keep them for as long as we need to deal with your message, and delete them within 12 months.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site:
- Netlify (hosting and form handling), which may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Google (Google Analytics, only if you accept), which may process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Links to card issuers and other sites take you to websites with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- Analytics: decline in the consent bar, or clear your browser’s site data to be asked again.
- Access and correction: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Complaints: contact us first. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
